SHF is looking for a professional individual who has a passion for people, and has excellent administration and organisational skills.

Key Functions:
  • Assist the HR Department to produce daily and weekly attendance registers and reports;
  • Monitor and keep track of absenteeism;
  • Complete staff deduction forms as and when required;
  • Monitor and manage staff leave;
  • Counsel and / or guide Leaders on Company rules, policies and procedures;
  • Assist with the recruitment process of all staff;
  • Assist with the induction of all staff;
  • Ensure all staff engagement forms are fully completed with required supporting documentation;
  • Ensure all staff have signed Contracts of Employment and supporting documentation;
  • Compile and follow through on all staff uniform orders;
  • Maintain staff uniform by conducting a quarterly stock take and ordering items as and when required;
  • Issue uniforms across all group companies and ensure all uniform acceptance documentation is signed and kept for record keeping purposes;
  • Maintain stock levels for all stationery items, and consumables through the ordering and issuing to all companies; and departments;
  • Create and maintain all employee personal files and the file archiving system by adding and destroying files as per the legislated guidelines;
  • File all employment documentation into the relevant employee or other folders;
  • Assist with the switchboard and reception functions in the absence of the Administrative Assistant;
  • Assist the HR Department with general HR, IR and payroll administration.

Skills and Attributes:
  • 1-2 years HR Administration experience;
  • OHS knowledge and experience advantageous;
  • HR / Relevant qualification;
  • Valid driver’s licence;
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
